We believe a people-oriented approach is the secret to successfully matching an individual with an environment that fits their needs and desires. It is our job to get to know each individual’s skills, interests, and dreams, and that requires building a relationship of confidence and trust.

We aim to provide opportunities for people to have fun by activating community events such as Kickball, BBQ's, and our Halloween Dance. We also create opportunities for people to gather daily by creating Community Activity Plans for each person to help engage with other members of ACE in the community.

We provide our team with training and support so that everyone from our service recipients to our leadership team can thrive. Even if we have not experienced a particular circumstance, we always have the opportunity to validate and understand feelings.

GROWTH

Our coaching philosophy is at the center of our structure. We make it a top priority for core leaders at ACE to meet with job coaches 1:1 and provide a space for them to grow and become the best version of themselves. Their personal and professional growth is the key to being able to provide the high-quality services that people need.

Our work is focused on service recipients and giving them opportunities for joy, autonomy, and growth. We work to instill service recipients with the knowledge that they have a purpose that they can find and live out. Our job coaches and leadership value purpose not only for our service recipients, but we have found our purpose in working at and with ACE.

Generosity brings joy and fulfillment to people’s lives. Our goal at ACE is to have a team with high ethics, morals, and empathy. We pay appropriately and offer benefits to hire and retain employees who strive for this standard. We are also generous with our time, offering direct support to all employees.

Job Coaching

After the individual has successfully landed a job we will assess their need for on-going mentoring and support. Whatever the need is, we want to be available to meet that need.
