My role as an Essential Support Supervisor at A.C.E. is to be available and ready to support, coach, and be a role model for my team. I make sure job coaches have the tools and resources they need for their clients and themselves to be successful.

Supervise, train and evaluate assigned personnel; provide a safe and healthful environment for our coaches and clients.

I worked in sales most of my adult life. I have sold cars, all types of insurance and medical equipment to name a few. In my mid-30’s I changed careers and worked as a low voltage electrician. After taking a short break, I found Jesus and re-evaluated who I was as a person and what I truly wanted to do in life. I’m currently enrolled at Fon Du Lac Tribal and Community College for a degree in Chemical Dependency. Working at A.C.E. has changed my life for the better and I’m excited for what the future holds!

What do I enjoy about the culture at ACE?
Leadership not only cares about the clients, we truly care about our employees as well. You’re not just another number that can be replaced. We really want everyone to succeed and grow with us! We have a fun, caring and amazing staff. Everyone leads with their heart and it’s very impressive, considering how youthful our staff is. (I’m the old man on campus)
